| Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
See our shipping rates for wholesale purchases are built into the shopping cart and will vary with the size of your order and destination. We ship most wholesale orders via Fed Ex. At any time during order processing you can proceed thru checkout to view shipping charges. The larger the order the cheap the shipping as the greatest cost is with the first few pounds of weight.
Free Shipping
From time to time we will offer shipping specials. The details of these specials will be prominently posted on our website. In general though, free shipping offers are only available for the 48 Contiguous United States.
Undeliverable or Rejected Orders
Orders that are returned to us as being rejected or that are left at the Post Office and not picked up are subject to the shipping out and shipping in charges and also a 35% restocking fee. Your credit card will be credited for whatever remains. Orders that are returned back to us as being "Undeliverable" will also be charged the above fees. You will have the option of the order being reshipped back to you. However, you will still be charged to have the package reshipped. If you opt to cancel the order then the above charges including the 35% restocking fees apply.
Placing An Order
To place an order simply select the item that you wish to buy, add it to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. When entering your billing information the "billing address must match exactly as it appears on your credit card statement". If it does not match the transaction will be declined and your order will be held up pending contact with you.
Shipping charges for US and US Military customers are displayed. Please select the option of your choice.
PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
International customers will go ahead through the checkout but will not receive your shipping quotation until we receive your order. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED at this point. After we have received your international order we will email you with your shipping quotation along with available options. Please respond to our email as to which shipping method you would like to use. You have 24 hours to respond before the order is removed from our system. If you find that the shipping charges are not affordable you may decline. We will also ask additional questions such as an alternate shipping address, type of credit card, is it a Debit or Credit and also the card issuing bank and phone number. This will be for first time international customers. After we have established a relationship with you all of this can be bypassed. These are fraud protection measures that protect you and us.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS USING FREIGHT FORWARDERS
If you are an international customer and use a freight forwarder you must still enter your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. The shipping address will need to be that of the freight forwarder. All international customers using a US freight forwarder need to phone their credit card company and add the freight forwarder to their credit card account as an "Authorized Shipping Address". You will need to email or phone us with the customer service number on the back of the credit card being used so that we may verify the info with your credit card company. If you 'HAVE NOT" added the freight forwarders ship address to your account or your credit card company will not verify it, then the order will NOT be processed OR shipped. This is a fraud prevention measure that protects both you, the consumer and us, the merchant.
A tracking number will be emailed for all orders that leave our doors. Your invoice will accompany your merchandise.
Payment Methods
At this time we accept Visa, Master card, Discover and Paypal. AMERICAN EXPRESS USERS WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSED VIA PAYPAL. We do not process American Express via our website. If using paypal we can only ship to a confirmed address. All orders must be shipped to the address that is shown on the billing statement of the credit card holder. Your credit card is not charged at the time the order is placed, unless using paypal. All orders are verified before we manually process your card. If there are any questions concerning your order we will either contact you by phone or email. If your credit card is declined or we need additional information we will either call or email. If there is no response to our inquiry within 24 hours the order will be removed from the system and the merchandise returned to stock. We will not make any further contact attempts.
Phone Orders
At this time we do not accept phone orders. If you are not comfortable with providing credit card details on line, simply email us your order and phone us to provide your credit card billing information. Please email us with your order before calling or at the time of the call.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled by emailing us at sales@bumwrapstreetwear.com or phoning during regular business hours M-F. This needs to be done as soon as possible as orders can be processed and shipped the same day as being placed. If your wholesale order has already gone out then we will not be able to cancel the order. Remember all wholesale orders are final sale items! There are no returns on wholesale merchandise. We can not guarantee which items will or will not sell for you. The also pertains to items purchased for ebay, listed and not sold. Returns are at our discretion are only allowed if the item was received damage or was an error on our part. All merchandise goes thru a dual inspection process so that damages are very few.
Clearance- Final Sale-Closeout Merchandise
Any merchandise marked as "Final Sale" -"Closeout"- "Clearance" can not be returned. These are just that...a final sale or clearance item. ALL WHOLESALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WITH NO RETURNS ALLOWED. Please see explanation above.
Return Policies
ALL WHOLESALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DAMAGED GOODS. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON WHOLESALE ITEMS. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Availability
If an item on your order is not longer available then that item will be removed from your order or we retain the right to replace it with a similiar item or with a different color of the same style.. The amount charged to your card will be adjusted to reflect the out of stock merchandise not included in your shipment. The remainder of your order will ship out.
Damaged Merchandise
Bum Wrap Streetwear Wholesale Division makes every effort to only ship out quality clothing. We have a dual part inspection program where our merchandise is inspected at several different junctures before it ever leaves our door. Although we strive for perfection, we are not perfect. On occasion one might slip past us. If you receive a damaged item please phone us immediately so that we can get it taken care of. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance.
Merchandise Quality
Bum Wrap Streetwear is in the offprice, discount clothing business. We purchase our goods below wholesale, from factory or department store closeout stock, merchandise overstock or factory canceled orders. Due to the process in how we obtain our goods not all of the merchandise may have paper hang tags attached. Some items may also have the fabric label clipped out of the garments.This in "No Way" effects the quality of our merchandise. Removal of some of the tags are done as a stipulation of resale from the manufacturers. Our merchandise is new and 1st quality. If we would happen to find something irregular within a garment it will be disclosed to you within the general listing of the item. We offer the same great brands but way below the department store prices.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all Nebraska residents unless you can provide a valid resale certificate.
Colors of Clothing on Your Monitor
We try to best represent the color of the clothing in our web catalog. Everyone has different monitor settings which can make a garment look a shade or two different. We can not guarantee that the color that you receive will be exactly as it appears on your monitor. If you order a blue shirt you will receive a blue shirt, however, there a 100's of shades of blue.
